The McGregor Corridor sits five minutes from the studio
McGregor Boulevard is the royal-palm-lined road that runs from downtown Fort Myers about twenty minutes south toward the Sanibel Causeway. The Edison-Ford Winter Estates sit right on it. So does Fort Myers Country Club.
The studio at 1325 Canterbury Dr. is one block off McGregor. If you live, work, or run errands along the corridor, you are already passing it.
Realtors and small business owners book here most
McGregor traffic is mostly residential and small-business owners running their day. Realtors with listings on the corridor, contractors, healthcare practitioners, and attorneys whose offices sit downtown.
The portraits go on Zillow, LinkedIn, brokerage team pages, Avvo, firm websites, and yard signs. The session is built for that audience and that use case.
What we shoot for McGregor Corridor professionals
Most McGregor Corridor sessions are one of these:
- Realtor headshots. LinkedIn, Zillow, Realtor.com, brokerage pages, yard signs, listing flyers.
- Attorney portraits. Avvo, Bar association profiles, firm sites for solo practitioners and small firms based downtown.
- Healthcare practitioner portraits. Chiropractors, dentists, PTs, and medical-spa owners along McGregor.
- Small business owners. Contractors, home services, restaurant owners, and boutique owners with About-page portraits.
- Personal branding refreshes. Speakers, coaches, and consultants who need a current LinkedIn photo every two years.

What to bring to your McGregor Corridor session
Bring the basics. Most McGregor clients overthink wardrobe and skip the easy stuff:
- Three to five tops in solid jewel tones. Avoid tight patterns and loud logos.
- A blazer, even if you do not want one in the final shot.
- Hair the way you wear it on a good work day. Fresh shave or trimmed beard for men. Light everyday makeup for women.
- Eat and hydrate. A real night of sleep matters more than any retouching.

It is a five-minute drive but a longer walk. The Estates sit on McGregor about a mile north of Canterbury. Most clients drive the short distance.
Studio sessions are the default because the lighting is controlled and the turnaround is faster. For a few clients we add environmental shots on the McGregor sidewalks or at Centennial Park downtown. Ask about that when you book.
The Luminary Hotel and Hyatt House are both downtown Fort Myers, ten minutes from the studio. Both are walkable to First Street restaurants for the night before or after the session.
The Country Club is private and requires member arrangements in advance. Centennial Park is open and works well for outdoor environmental portraits. The studio is faster for most professionals.
